I was born in wild and beautiful India, but grew up in a Toronto suburb. I’m a city girl at heart, with a love for delicious food, hilarious friends, and coffee in any and every form! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d own and operate an event planning company, but I am so thankful to be standing here today. Life hasn’t been easy for me; I’ve experienced loss firsthand, and I know what it means to love so much, it hurts. But that’s why I treasure the event-planning process. I want my clients to feel as alive and present as they can on their special days, because life is incredibly short. My hope as creative director is to fill each day with as many flowers, beautiful moments, and Beyoncé dance-offs as possible! Because at the end of our lives, we won’t remember the details of the plan—we’ll remember the love that held it all together.
If you’ve looked through my work and believe I’m the coordinator for you, then let’s chat!
I’d love to create something beautiful with you.
Q: What do you love most about weddings?
A: I love seeing it all come together! A vision brought to life, families uniting, spaces transformed, hard work paying off, and the sheer happiness on everyone’s faces—it’s pretty amazing! From the tiniest detail to the grandest undertaking, I work to make each moment perfectly beautiful in its own right.
But nothing makes my heart giddier than seeing the groom’s face when he glimpses his bride for the first time. (Excuse me while I cry at my desk just thinking of this moment. #sobbing)
Q: What inspires you to create a unique design for your clients?
A: I love hearing “how we met” stories from my clients. I often draw inspiration from their journeys, their passions, their family’s history. People themselves are my biggest inspiration.
Personally, I have a big love affair with clean lines, rich/muted color palettes, travel, and design. I’m intrigued by unique venues because I can often mix the old and new to create a modern but vintage environment. All of these things and more get my creative juices flowing!
Q: What do you hope your clients take away from a meeting with you?
A: My main goal is to link our visions perfectly. Once we lock in the budget, the when’s and where’s, and general expectations, I hope my clients walk away knowing they were heard and valued. I want each person I meet with to understand that their dream is my dream, and I’m open to doing whatever I can within their budget to make that happen.
