WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE FOR LOCAL DELIVERY? 

Downtown Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Pickering, Markham/Unionville, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Oakville, King City, Kleinberg, Brampton, Caledon, Erin, Georgetown, Orangeville, Mississauga, Milton, Halton, Scarborough 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Kindly allow for 2-5 days for delivery. If you require delivery for a specific date, kindly mention this at checkout and or reach out via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

WHAT DAY AND TIME WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? 

We provide local delivery on Tuesdays - Saturdays during the off season (January, February, March) and Tuesdays - Thursdays during the peak season (April - December). We typically deliver between 11am-2pm. If you require a specific delivery time, we are happy to chat further and see if we can accommodate your request. 

ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY ON HOLIDAYS? 

Sadly we are not. We often do various Holiday Floral offerings and deliveries are provided around the specific holiday. ie: Christmas offerings, Valentines Day and more. Subscribe to get the scoop or follow along on instagram. 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICK UP? 

Unfortunately at this time, pick up is not an option.

WHAT ARE YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS / DETAILS? 

Local delivery is available for most of the GTA. If the delivery address is within 20 KMs of our home studio located in Brampton, then your location qualifies for "Local Delivery" which is complimentary. Delivery to addresses outside of our local delivery zones will have a flat rate of $12 applied. All zones with subtotals over $100, qualify for free delivery. Kindly contact us if you are outside our delivery zone but within Ontario and dependant on the shop item you’re interested in we can arrange for the product to be sent by mail. 

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED? 

With fresh items such as our Bud Vase Trio, fresh bundles and our Intimate Duo offering we would require 48 hours notice to cancel. If cancelled, you will receive a store credit that can be used towards a future order or towards any other online shop item. 

ARE YOU ABLE TO CALL PRIOR TO DELIVERY? 

Absolutely! Just let us know in the details at checkout. 

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED? 

Of course, once your order has been accepted by the recipient we will send you confirmation via email. 

WHAT TYPES OF FLOWERS WILL BE USED IN MY ORDER? 

We pride ourselves in using as much seasonal and local product as possible. Our floral colour palettes and floral types are determined by the season. We offer designers choice, soft neutrals and timeless greens and whites as our colour palette options for most of our fresh floral offerings. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS? 

- Keep your flowers hydrated

- Change / refill water daily

- Give your stems a fresh, angled cut when changing out the water

- Avoid direct sunlight

- Keep flowers in a cool / room temperature environment

- ENJOY THEM!
